Returns & Refunds Policy – Beloved Wish

Thank you for shopping with Beloved Wish. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we're here to help.

📦 Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items:

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

🚚 Shipping Guarantees

Shipping guarantees are provided through USPS or FedEx and apply only to addresses within the continental USA (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

During holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays. Please reach out to us if your order hasn’t arrived on time we’ll do our best to help.

📦 Orders shipped to PO Boxes may not be eligible for guaranteed delivery times.

❌ Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of placement, as they are quickly sent into production, packing, and shipping.

⌛ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Double-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company - there may be a processing delay.

Contact your bank if needed.

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@belovedwish.com.

🏷️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

🔄 Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@belovedwish.com.

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund total.
